Galaxy Purpose Co-op Exclusive 2025 – FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy at https://www.mars.com/privacy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

 

1. The promotion will run in participating Co-operative stores from 00:00:01 on 09.04.25 to 23:59:59 on 29.04.25

2. The Promoter is running an in-store promotion in participating Co-op Group stores to raise donations to be paid to Young Women’s Trust, operating name of Charity Projects, a registered charity in England & Wales (217868) to help support its goal of supporting young women around the UK.
   
   
3. The Galaxy Purpose Co-Op Exclusive Donation is being paid to Young Women’s Trust to help support its goal of supporting young women around the UK.
   
   
4. For every Galaxy branded chocolate product bought in a participating Co-op Group store between 9th April and 29th April 2025, the Promoter will donate 3p to Young Women’s Trust, operating name of Charity Projects, a registered charity in England & Wales (217868), up to a maximum of £35,000.  Participating packs are as follows: Galaxy Caramel 135g, Galaxy Cookie Crumble 114g, Galaxy Milk 100g, Galaxy Ripple 30g, Galaxy Milk  Std 42g, Galaxy Caramel 48g, Galaxy Minstrels Pouch P118g and Galaxy Counters Pouch 112g.  Only valid for in store purchases.
   
   
5. A 3p donation will only be made in respect of a purchase of Galaxy branded chocolate listed in Section 4 above. No other products purchased in a participating Co-op Group stores will generate a 3p donation.
   
   
6. The donation will be paid by the Promoter to Young Women’s Trust within 3 months from the end of the promotion.
   
   
7. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agents and companies will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants any other person (or their property) for any losses that may be incurred as a result of participating in the promotion.
   
   
8. If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then it shall be deemed deleted from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining clauses shall be unaffected and remain in full force and effect.
   
   
9. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
